COST
The one days at Quantock will cost £18 each day to include lunch
The weekend will cost £60 Saturday & Sunday - accommodation can be offered for Friday night, but this will be at an extra £15.
The money will be requested in stages i.e. January day requested at the beginning of January – March weekend requested in February.
April and May together requested at the end of March
June weekend requested in May.
TRAINING
Training will cover the many different aspects required to become a synchronised swimmer.

Speed swimming
Gymnastics
Flexibility
Dance
Psychology
Nutrition
Pilates (for the elite squad only)
Gym work (for the elite squad only)
All specialists are fully qualified.
